
The Green Long Beach Collaborative Community is comprised of individuals, community groups, non-profit organizations, businesses, and city agencies. Our vision is to strategically work together to see a green Long Beach.

- has safe and clean water.
- has clean trucks and vehicles.
- uses biofuel, solar energy and other alternative and renewable energy sources.
- holds schools accountable for teaching sustainable practices.
- has restaurants that recycle their waste products.
- has restaurants that donates Waste Vegetable Oil (WVO) for fuel conversion.
- has landscaping dedicated for native and edible gardens.
- educates other neighbors about green living.
- reaches out to all members of our diverse community.
